Data deletion instructions
You can have the data of an account connected to Olan Marketing deleted in any of these ways.
In Olan
Open Marketing → the brand → Accounts and use Remove next to the connection. The connection, its access tokens and its pages and accounts are deleted immediately.
From Facebook or Instagram
In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, remove Olan and send a data deletion request. When Olan receives it, every connection of that Facebook login is deleted and you get a confirmation code; check the request with that code at /legal/data-deletion/status.
Other platforms
On Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and X, remove Olan's access in your account's connected apps settings. Olan then marks the connection as unusable; remove it in Olan as well to delete its data completely.
