Working together in the editors

Documents, sheets and slides in Olan open in the browser. Everyone working in the same file has a cursor in their own color.

Tabs

The tabs in the middle of the top bar (Home, Insert, Layout, Review, View) switch the toolbar below.

Tracking changes

With “Track changes” on in the Review tab, insertions are marked green and deletions red. Accept them one by one or all at once from the side panel.

Saving versions

Changes are saved automatically. “Save version” adds a new, named version to the project that can go to approval.
