Turning on company sign-in (SSO)

With company sign-in, your people sign in to Olan with their company accounts. Passwords and two-step verification are managed by your identity provider.

Before you start

• An admin account in Olan
• Permission to add apps in Microsoft Entra ID or Okta
• Access to your domain’s DNS records

Steps

1. In Settings › Organization › Sign-in, choose your provider.
2. Add the redirect address shown to the app in your provider.
3. Enter the client ID and secret in Olan.
4. Verify your domain with a DNS TXT record.
5. Sign in with a test account, then turn it on for the organization.

After that

Users type only their email on the sign-in screen and Olan sends them to your company sign-in page. If you allow it, password sign-in stays available.
